Demonstrate leadership by mentoring and guiding junior developers.
Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience with PHP development.
Proficiency in working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Competence in both front-end and back-end development.
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Bonus: Experience in Database Administration, Reporting, and/or DevOps is highly advantageous.
