Position: Full-Time
Salary: $400,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview

This role centers on restoring function and improving mobility for patients recovering from injury, illness, or chronic conditions. You will evaluate physical limitations, design treatment plans, and guide patients through rehabilitation with measurable progress and clear outcomes. Your work directly supports long-term independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations
• Coordinate care with therapists, nurses, and referring providers
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Active or eligible New York medical license
• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation-based settings preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
