Physical Security Team Lead

G-Force Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified Physical Security Team Lead to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA/J6). Lead physical security support across DISA/J6 locations to protect Government personnel, facilities, equipment, and mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and lead the contractor physical security team across assigned J6 locations.

· Support workforce security, equipment security, intrusion detection systems, lock and key control, badge and electronic access systems.

· Work with the Government Physical Security Manager to protect personnel, facilities, inventory, IT/communications, and Protected Distribution Systems (PDS).

· Analyze physical security vulnerabilities and recommend protective measures to J6 leadership.

· Help prevent compromise, theft, sabotage, misuse, and unauthorized access to sensitive Government resources.

· Recommend updates to procedures consistent with applicable Government and DoD requirements.

Qualifications

· Experience with DoD physical security operations, access control, and intrusion detection systems.

· Knowledge of lock/key control, badge systems, and physical protection of sensitive infrastructure.

· Ability to lead teams and advise senior stakeholders.

· Top Secret Security Clearance Required

Preferred Qualifications

· SCIF physical security experience; familiarity with PDS.
