Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Shift Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Salary: $32-53/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and modify therapy programs as needed.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical teams.
• Supervise and mentor ancillary staff and students.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or Bachelors with 2+ years of experience.
• Less than 1 year of experience required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
