At Big Stone Therapies, you are part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun. We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Annandale, MN. 

Settings:
This position will treat in a mix of settings including Outpatient, Assisted Living, and Home Health care. 

Schedule:
This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE), with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.

Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. The facility offers a therapeutic pool onsite, with attached Wellness Center serving 400 community members.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
