Job Title: Physical Therapist                                      Location: Northfield, MN & Farmington, MN

About the Position: 
At Big Stone Therapies, you are part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun. We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy teams serving the communities of Northfield, MN & Farmington, MN. 

Settings:
This position will primarily have an SNF/LTC caseload between two vibrant facilities, along with a mix of Outpatient and ALF/ILF. 

Schedule:
This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE), with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. There will be approximately 24 hours per week spent at the facility in Northfield and 16 hours per week at the facility in Farmington.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
