Location: Homer, AK

Salary:

• PT 1: $46.39 $65.70/hour (030 years of experience)
• PT 2: $51.08 $67.14/hour (530 years of experience + advanced certification)
• PT 3: $56.23 $68.61/hour (1030 years of experience + doctorate + 2 subspecialty certifications)

Shift: MondayFriday, 40 hours/week (8 or 10-hour days)

Job Overview:

Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative rehab team delivering evidence-based care to acute care patients, long-term care residents, and outpatients. This position prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered service and allows for specialization growth based on experience and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in acute care, outpatient, and long-term care settings
• Provide care based on physician referrals and under Rehab Director supervision
• Supervise PT assistants, aides, students, and volunteers as needed
• Maintain professional communication with patients, families, staff, and providers
• Take clinical direction and development responsibilities in specialty areas (PT2/PT3)

Requirements:

• PT 1: Degree from APTA-accredited university, AK PT license, BLS certification
• PT 2: Minimum 5 years experience, advanced certification (OCS, SCS, etc.)
• PT 3: Doctorate in PT, minimum 10 years experience, dual subspecialty certification
