We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to become a part of our outpatient team in Arizona. In this role, you will assess and treat patients, create individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient results. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments and screenings.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans focused on functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and modify treatments as necessary based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families to promote ongoing care and recovery.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care.
• Keep current with ongoing education and engage in professional growth activities.
• Support the training of new staff and mentor physical therapy students.

• Yearly Compensation = $85,000 - $100,000
