Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a healthcare facility in Ford City, PA. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and prevent or recover from injuries.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals

- Implement and monitor treatment plans, making necessary adjustments as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion

- Utilize various modalities and equipment to assist in patients' rehabilitation process

- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

- Stay updated on new treatment techniques and advancements in the field of physical therapy

- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
