Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-op, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function
• Accurately document patient care using EMR systems
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and referring providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain a positive, clean, and professional clinic environment that reflects H2 Health’s values
   

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Florida Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
• New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is a plus
• Passion for outpatient therapy and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care
