Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1, 45-minute physical therapy sessions in an outpatient setting

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions

• Create and implement customized rehabilitation treatment plans

• Collaborate with PTAs and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, exercise programs, and home care strategies

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using modern EMR systems

• Engage in a team-oriented environment that values clinical excellence and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist License

• CPR certification

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Open to new graduates and experienced PTs

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Friday, no weekends or late nights

• Hourly pay: $42 – $52/hour

• Annual salary equivalent: $87,000 – $108,000/year

• Full-Time or PRN options available (minimum 30 hours/week for benefits eligibility)
