Pay: $84,000 - $105,000 / Annually

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

•     Full-time, direct hire position
  


•     Day shift schedule: (4)10 Hour shifts / weekly

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

•    Performs evaluations, re-evaluations, treatments, and discharges that meet the current standards of the discipline of physical therapy and the hospital.
  


•    Documents progress notes, physician communication, and discharge notes for all patients seen
  


•    Prepares and submits patient charges accurately to provide appropriate billing information
  


•    Close-knit team of Therapists work with each other, Physical Therapist Assistants, administrative individuals, and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive, caring treatments
   
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or higher
  


•    Current AZ Physical Therapist license and ability to obtain an NPI number
  


•   BLS Certified
