A growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Rexburg, ID is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join its progressive and patient-focused team. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions

• Create customized treatment plans supported by digital tools and data tracking

• Use voice dictation software for fast, efficient documentation

• Collaborate with PTAs and clinic support staff to maximize outcomes

• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, progress, and home exercises

Qualifications

• Active Idaho Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)

• Current CPR certification

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills

• Interest in digital health platforms (training provided)

• New graduates and experienced therapists welcome

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday – Friday schedule (no weekends or late shifts)

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year

• Monthly performance bonus: Up to $12,000 annually
