Physical Therapist

Full-Time Physical Therapist – Estero, FL

We’re hiring a skilled Physical Therapist to join a supportive outpatient clinic focused on functional movement and recovery. You’ll assess, treat, and guide patients through their rehabilitation plans using proven techniques and modern equipment.

Job Snapshot:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM), or 4x10-hour shifts
• Compensation: $85K–$100K annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized movement and mobility assessments
• Develop and apply therapeutic programs tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with a clinical team to improve outcomes
• Coach patients through exercises and recovery goals

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Florida PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
