We’re expanding our in-house therapy program and launching new outpatient services—and we’re looking for passionate Physical Therapists to join our team and help us elevate the lives of our residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve therapy goals
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
• Supervise and support PTAs and contribute to care planning

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and therapy regulations in skilled nursing settings
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
