Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking an enthusiastic, educated, and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our new outpatient clinic, opening in Pooler, Georgia, in late 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to help patients improve their mobility and move forward in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluating each patient, ensuring the evaluation is specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.
- Timely preparing a written plan of care based on evaluation findings.
- Supervising the implementation of each plan of care and coordinating treatment with support staff.
- Tracking established clinic metrics for both therapist and administrative staff.
- Being a proactive member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.
- Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.
- Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent knowledge of physiology, best practices, and standards
- Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities
- Ability to communicate and instruct effectively
- Healthcare administration and documentation skills
- License to practice Physical Therapy
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- An advanced degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
- A current Georgia state license in good standing with the State Board of Physical Therapy.
