We function as a strong rehab unit, with excellent communication among all PTs, OTs and STs on each and every case.  All clinicians work in conjunction with each other and create plans of care to meet each patients needs to achieve their goals.  We have frequent team meetings and family meetings to ensure quality of care and that all clinicians are on the same page.  Rather than feeling alone in home care, we've created a powerful team environment and support one another like family to achieve the best outcomes for our patients!
