We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Eastchester, NY.

 As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve the physical well-being of our patients. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering high-quality services.
                                                      ****Salary is based on 40 hours per week- NO WEEKENDS ****

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

·         Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical modalities.

·         Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

·         Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
.         Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
.         Provide patient education on injury prevention and wellness.

·         Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.

·         Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree accredited Physical Therapy program.

·         Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

.         Excellent communication and documentation abilities.


Requirements:

·         Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

·         CPR certification.

·         Knowledge of relevant technology and computer skills for record-keeping.
