Job Summary

We offer aquatic therapy, an unweighted gait system, Blaze Pods reactivity trainers, Anodyne, and a Class IV 40W laser, as well as all tables are Cardon hi-lo tables to care for our manual therapists.
What type of patients will I see?
As a physical therapist on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients, from athletes to post-surgical patients to individuals with acute or chronic conditions.
What kind of clinical experience should I have?
The ideal candidate should have experience in evaluating, diagnosis, prognosis, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating and progressing treatment plans. The typical workload is roughly 3-5 evaluations per week, direct 1-1 care, and the ability to have all notes completed on-site to avoid the stress of taking them home, we use PROMPT EMR, another way we invest in improving work-life balance and ease of workload for our therapists. We also prefer that you work with the patients you evaluate for better outcomes. Continuity of Care is Key!
Qualifications
- Must hold the required state license for physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with Google Chrome, G-Suite, Social Media, and general technology
- The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients
