Position Purpose:
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and post-surgical conditions using evidence-based, hands-on, and individualized care. You’ll work in a one-on-one outpatient setting equipped with state-of-the-art technology. This role supports our mission to help patients achieve their personal goals and return to healthier, more active lives after therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and post-surgical conditions.
- Deliver one-on-one care using hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and health management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in orthopedic rehabilitation through continuing education.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in West Virginia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.

Work Schedule
- Full-time, In-Person
- Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
