Duties

- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for managing conditions at home.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Participate in team meeting events.
Experience
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of NJ.
- Proven knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy techniques is essential.
- Experience in geriatrics, acute care, home health, or clinical settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with developing care plans and understanding of healthcare systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations are necessary for success in this role.
