PT Role – Support Seniors & Lead Recovery

Work where your clinical skills truly matter. This full-time Physical Therapist opportunity in an Assisted Living Facility in Plainsboro Township, NJ allows you to play an essential role in helping older adults regain their physical function in a structured, caring environment.

Position Details:

• Pay Range: $90,000–$100,000 + benefits
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans based on individual goals.
• Administer physical therapy sessions with measurable goals in mind.
• Adjust treatment plans based on progress and feedback.
• Promote independence and mobility through ongoing encouragement.
• Implement safe exercise strategies tailored to each patient’s level.

• PT degree (Master’s or Doctorate) from an accredited school.
• Valid NJ PT license in current standing.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical experience preferred; open to new grads.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy and patient-centered care.
• Knowledge of EMR systems like WebPT is a bonus.
