Now Hiring:  Physical Therapist (Orthopedic Outpatient) – Florida

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Summary:

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with experience or interest in orthopedic outpatient care. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping patients recover from injuries and surgeries and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions (post-operative, sports injuries, chronic musculoskeletal issues)
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust as necessary
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and preventative strategies
• Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical team members
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in a timely, compliant manner
  

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida (or eligible to obtain a license)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience
• Familiarity with manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions
