Position Overview:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a Multi-Specialty Practice in Waltham, MA. The ideal candidate will specialize in outpatient neurological/orthopedic rehabilitation with a focus on vestibular and balance disorders. This role offers mentorship, continuing education, and performance bonuses in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensure: Current and valid Massachusetts PT license.
  • Experience (Preferred): 1+ year in outpatient neurological/orthopedic settings or vestibular rehab.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in balance/vestibular rehab (FYZICAL Balance Level 1 certification required before start date).
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, compassionate, and able to work autonomously.Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient evaluations and diagnose physical limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapies as needed.
• Educate patients on at-home care techniques.
