Physical Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to effectively assist patients in their recovery journey across various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments.

Position Details:

- Location: Anne Arundel County, MD

- Pay Rate: $45-$50 per hour (full 40-hour work weeks available as patient volume allows)

- Patient Volume: managing 7 patients, with opportunities to grow

- Duration of Care: Typically 30-60 days per patient

- Schedule:** Flexible, based on scheduled patients

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid PT degree

- Reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)

- Open to entry-level candidates

What to Expect:

- Simple interview process: 1 virtual or phone interview

- Required screenings: Drug screen and background check

- Onboarding includes an orientation at our Owings Mills, MD HQ

- Followed by 1-2 weeks of in-field training with a mentor

- 4-week ramp-up period to gain confidence and independence

Pay: $44.99 - $54.18 per hour
