Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments to elderly residents
• Develop and implement individualized rehab plans focused on strength, balance, and functional mobility
• Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and families to support holistic resident care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia
• Experience in geriatrics or assisted living preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
• Ability to work effectively with elderly patients and multidisciplinary teams
