Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized care plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy and evidence-based interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on mobility techniques and self-care

• Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
