Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Buffalo, New York

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design personalized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercises
• Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New York State (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for patient care and outcomes
