Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and modify plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and long-term care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure holistic care

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain)
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, MPT, or equivalent from an accredited program)
• Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
