Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Atlantis, FL

Schedule: 3x12 Days (No Weekends), 7:00am to 7:00pm

Hourly Rate: $36.53 - $53.20/hr (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a leading acute care facility known for its excellence in cardiovascular, orthopedic, cancer, and stroke care. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services, helping patients regain functional independence across the continuum of care. The ideal candidate has strong acute care experience and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians and the care team.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on clinical goals, patient engagement, and evidence-based practice.
• Monitor and document patient progress; adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, equipment, and safety techniques.
• Manage daily caseload, prioritize therapy sessions, and assist in staff coordination and patient handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida (required)
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy
• BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience required
