Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Margate, FL

Schedule: 3x12 Days (Rotating Weekends), 7:00am - 7:00pm

Hourly Rate: $36.53 - $53.20/hr (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join a respected acute care facility focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans to help patients regain mobility and improve functional outcomes while providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals.
• Deliver skilled, goal-driven therapeutic interventions across the continuum of care.
• Assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on home exercises, mobility strategies, and proper use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, effective care.
• Prioritize patient caseloads and support team scheduling and handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Florida Physical Therapist License required.
• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting required.
