Salary Range: $110,000 – $125,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Job Overview:

As part of our outpatient care team, you’ll evaluate, treat, and guide patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We're looking for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform orthopedic evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and guided exercise instruction
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment accordingly
• Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and rehab specialists
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and long-term care strategies
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation

• Active Physical Therapist license in New York State
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience or strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
• Manual therapy certification or orthopedic residency a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
