Job Description - Physical Therapist

Physical therapist:

A great healthcare facility located near Paradise, NV, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team!

Pay: $34.00-$42.50/hour

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent position

Schedule: day shift, 5-8’s or 4-10’s

Setting: Outpatient

Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team

Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary

Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctorate-level program in Physical Therapy

BLS Certification

Licensed Physical Therapist

Open to new grads
