Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Portland, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our care team at a well-established assisted living facility in Oregon. In this rewarding role, you will help improve the mobility, independence, and quality of life for our senior residents through individualized therapy programs and collaborative care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' physical capabilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services tailored to geriatric populations
• Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate residents and families on mobility safety and exercise techniques
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon
• Experience working with the elderly or in long-term care/assisted living preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
