Senior Physical Therapist - Inpatient/Home Care | Up to $15K Sign-on Bonus

Position Highlights:

• Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Competitive salary range: $71,000 - $100,000

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
• Provide expert instruction in mobility, gait training, and use of assistive devices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Document patient care using electronic health records
• Maintain quality assurance standards and safety protocols
• Mentor support staff and contribute to departmental initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Current New York State Physical Therapy license or license-eligible
• BLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Physical capability to assist patients with mobility (able to lift 30 lbs. independently)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hospital-based clinical experience
• Home care experience
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas
