Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on evidence-based physical therapy principles
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Provide specialized therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality applications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
• Mentor and guide support staff in patient care delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Current New York State Physical Therapy license (or eligible)
• BLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Physical capability to lift 30 pounds independently
• Hospital setting experience preferred
