About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring physical function for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Your expertise helps individuals regain independence, confidence, and quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design and deliver personalized therapy plans that align with patient goals and physician direction
Assess patient needs and continuously adapt treatments for optimal outcomes
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, whole-person care
Educate patients and families on home exercises, safety, and long-term success
Accurately document patient progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Set achievable, meaningful goals that inspire and empower recovery
Ensure punctuality and presence on assigned shifts—you make a difference just by showing up

Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana
Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to motivate, educate, and uplift others

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licenses/Certification:

Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.

Current CPR certification.

Experience:

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
