About the Role:

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and deliver personalized therapy plans that align with patient goals and physician direction

Educate patients and families on home exercises, safety, and long-term success
Accurately document patient progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Set achievable, meaningful goals that inspire and empower recovery
Ensure punctuality and presence on assigned shifts—you make a difference just by showing up
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana
Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to motivate, educate, and uplift others

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licenses/Certification:
Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.
Current CPR certification.
Experience:
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
