Pay: $60-$65 per hour
Job Summary:
PT Traveler - Day shift 8 hrs/day for 5 days a week.
Date: ASAP START.
Requires recent in-patient acute experience.
Agency employee shall report to the staffing office located in the Main hospital
Dress professional any color, parking lot number 6 (validation available).
Shifts : 8am to 4:30pm
We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement physical therapy interventions to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and restore physical function. This role involves working closely with physicians, patients, and families to ensure high-quality care and optimal recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on diagnoses and patient goals.
- Use therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapy, and equipment to aid patient recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercises and prevention strategies.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and document all findings in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members for coordinated care.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and professional regulatory standards.
