Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with outpatient orthopedics, including evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities, helping them improve their mobility and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

- Collaborate with PTA's and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
