Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you'll provide comprehensive therapeutic services while working Monday-Friday with no weekend commitments. New graduates are welcome to apply for this full-time, direct-hire position.

Essential Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Current California Physical Therapy license
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Commitment to maintaining regular attendance
