Position Overview

Join our dynamic outpatient clinic where you'll work Monday through Friday with no weekend commitments. We welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates to apply for this full-time, direct-hire position offering competitive compensation ($90,000 - $105,000) and comprehensive benefits.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations
• Provide hands-on therapeutic techniques and exercise instruction
• Maintain detailed patient documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure clinical excellence and service quality
• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California Physical Therapy license
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

• Current CPR certification (preferred)
