Overview

Join a high-performing, CARF-accredited rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist. This role supports both new graduates and experienced clinicians, offering strong mentorship, excellent benefits, and growth opportunities within a respected Pensacola rehab hospital.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based PT interventions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercises and mobility

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams

• Prioritize and manage a diverse patient caseload

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)

• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)

Preferred

• Experience in acute care or inpatient rehab (not required)

• Base Pay: $35.77 – $49.18/hr
