Physical Therapist

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered outpatient therapy services focused on reducing pain, restoring function, and preventing injury. This role supports a variety of treatment programs, including orthopedic rehabilitation and aquatic therapy, within a collaborative clinical environment.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, and injury-related conditions
• Deliver and support aquatic therapy programs as appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve functional goals
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with occupational and hand therapy specialists as needed

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Arizona
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy preferred
• Interest or experience in aquatic therapy a plus
• Strong patient communication and clinical decision-making skills
