Physical Therapist

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in an outpatient clinical setting. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises based on patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Comply with all state regulations, professional standards, and clinical protocols

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of practice
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a patient caseload efficiently
