Physical Therapist - Pelvic Floor/Ortho (Crofton, MD) $85,000-$100,000 | 8 Patients/Day (Not 14-20) | New Grads Welcome

While most PTs are burning out seeing 14-20+ patients a day in insurance mills, our therapists average 8 visits per day. You'll actually have time to solve problems, not just check boxes.

Real Pelvic Floor PT (Not Just the Basics):

We go deep—women's health, men's health, and pediatrics (peds optional)
Not just postpartum DR and Kegels
Complex cases: pelvic pain, bowel/bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, nerve issues

Primarily cash-based practice (we do accept Medicare)

The Role
Clinical:

Deep dive pelvic floor cases (not surface-level treatment)
Women, men, and pediatric pelvic floor (peds not required)
Orthopedic cases
Patient education is your superpower
Individualized treatment (we don't do cookie-cutter here)
Help patients avoid surgery, medications, and injections
Be the provider who finally listens and gets results
