Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Bluffton, South Carolina. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$110,000 and focuses on providing patient-centered rehabilitation services that help individuals regain mobility, recover from injuries, and return to an active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to orthopedic, post-surgical, and injury-related conditions.
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions to support rehabilitation and recovery goals.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and at-home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina, or license-eligible.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong patient communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment.
