We work closely with physicians, case managers, and legal teams to deliver compliant, high-quality care that supports both recovery and case documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for personal injury and workers’ compensation patients


• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise progression


• Document thoroughly and accurately to support medical-legal cases


• Maintain productivity standards while delivering quality patient care


• Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and case managers


• Reassess patient progress and adjust plans of care accordingly


• Ensure compliance with state practice regulations and clinic policies

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program


• Active state Physical Therapy license in good standing


• Strong documentation and time management skills


• Experience in orthopedics, outpatient rehab, or injury-based care preferred


• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases is a plus but not required


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
