Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location: Fort Collins, CO
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $80K to $100K per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary
This Physical Therapist position offers the chance to work in a structured full-time role focused on evaluation, treatment planning, and patient progress. The day-to-day work includes helping individuals improve movement, reduce physical limitations, and build strength through personalized care. With one patient per hour, you will have time to deliver focused treatment and thorough follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and document findings clearly
• Build treatment plans with practical short-term and long-term goals
• Lead one-on-one treatment sessions using appropriate therapy methods
• Reassess progress and revise treatment when clinically indicated
• Educate patients on recovery timelines, home exercises, and body mechanics
• Maintain quality standards in both care delivery and patient experience

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
