Location: Bonita Springs, FL near Naples, FL
Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a private physical therapy office in Bonita Springs. In this role, you will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, provide one-on-one therapy, monitor progress, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function in daily life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and identify physical therapy needs and goals
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and progress
• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy care
• Adjust treatment approaches based on patient presentation and outcomes
• Document visits, progress reports, and discharge summaries thoroughly
• Educate patients on exercises, movement habits, and treatment expectations
• Maintain communication with referral sources as needed
• Support an efficient and patient-focused clinic workflow

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to manage a full-time schedule in a consistent and organized way
