Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $85K to $95K a year depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary

A Physical Therapist is needed for a full-time position in Deerfield Beach. This role involves assessing patients, building treatment plans, and delivering hands-on care that helps people regain strength, improve movement, and return to the activities that matter to them. It is a strong fit for someone who values patient interaction, thoughtful treatment, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations
• Establish treatment goals based on patient needs and functional deficits
• Deliver physical therapy services in one-on-one sessions
• Track progress and update treatment plans when appropriate
• Instruct patients on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Outpatient experience preferred
